If you do not have assets to provide or have a limited number, we will fill in the gaps! We do so through our in-house graphic designs, as well as royalty free professionally taken stock and lifestyle images. We also offer from scratch video creation!

What are content approvals?

Content approvals provide an extra layer of control over your content! Content will be sent to you via email a week in advance to give you the opportunity to review what we’ve created, provide content direction or feedback, and receive one round of revisions before the content is scheduled and published by our team. 

What does dashboard access mean?

Dashboard access allows you to log in anytime day or night to view the content we’ve created and when it’s scheduled to be posted! The dashboard offers additional features such as reporting and analytics to help you stay on top of your social performance.

What results can I expect from your services?

Each of our services operates with a different goal in mind, so results will vary depending on the services you choose to utilize. 

For social media management, the goal is to increase brand awareness and build consistency on your social media platforms. After all, there’s nothing worse than going to check out a new business and seeing they have zero social media presence.

As an agency partner what does the onboarding process look like?

We keep things as simple as possible for you. After signing up, you will receive a personalized welcome email. In this email you’ll find an intake form that covers some basic information we need to get to know your client’s business and how they do what they do. You will have a link to book an optional onboarding meeting with our team to make sure you’re fully set up and understand the process. From there, it’s smooth sailing! Our team will begin creating your content and send a copy to your email prior to publishing. 

I don't want you communicating with my clients!

No problem.  You work hard for your clients and we are here in the background for support.  No one will know we’re fulfilling your client’s work.  You meet and manage the relationship with your client and then communicate with our team.

How do you access my client’s accounts?

We will need you to have admin access on your clients accounts, so that you are able to then give us the appropriate access. 

Will you meet with my client about the content?

We do not offer client facing meetings for our white label services. You will be responsible for any communication you agree on with your client, including setting expectations for our services and gaining admin access to their social media accounts so that we can begin posting.

Are strategy calls client facing?

Strategy calls for social media management services are between you as the reseller and your social media manager. This time can be used to discuss the content we’ve created for you, feedback you or your client may have, content direction, or goals for upcoming content.
